Welcome at Upperclaws Labrador-RetrieversSince 1982 we breed and import labradors from top Brittish and Irish fieldtrial lines. The Upperclaws labradors are very succesfull companions in the shootingfield, and they also perform on the highest levels in workingtests and fieldtrials.
Our labradors meet the highest possible, fysical, behavioural and shootingrelated standards.
We breed the "smaller" type of labrador which catches the eye because of smart, eager, obedient and social behaviour. To maintain the working quality of our offspring, we bring our breedingstock out in fieldtrials.
The highest title to obtain is the title of fieldtrial champion (FTCH). If a dog can win a fieldtrial (FTW) it tells us that this particular dog meets the high standard of work which we want to see in a working labrador.
